We are feeling a bit of fall weather today. My weekly smile is this wonderful COOL day at almost the end of summer! 😀

YES! A high of only 79 degrees. What a beautiful day. We have had nothing but super hot days with many of them topping 100 degrees. I live inland in CA, and even though it isn’t as hot as say the Mojave desert, it is still sweltering. I had a huge smile as I enjoyed my day! And here is a series of photos of my afternoon. I can’t help myself! ❤ ❤

Hi Zack! Chloe is next to him as I tried to capture the cloud cover. SO NICE!
Turn out day, oh my, I’ve been longing for some cooler weather! YAY!
Let’s get moving. I like Zack in front trotting nicely. It is hard to catch them traveling nicely when taking a photo!
I like Chloe in this photo! as they continue to trot around. Once they warm up, they can get excited! 😀
There she goes! This is with my phone camera, not to bad considering. They were feeling good today in this cooler weather!
Run Zack run! Haha, I just pointed and snapped. These aren’t the best, but still fun to share and its all I have at the moment to take photos! 😀
I have the hardest time getting them to both look at me with their ears up! Zack looks so silly to me, like what? Its just is eyes, silly guy. Chloe thinks I have a treat, always on her mind! ❤

I wanted to do something different for my smile this week with the photos telling the story. I am enjoying sharing and I think there is always something to smile about. I have to say that with some extra stress we are feeling at home at the moment, it is truly a pleasure and kind of an escape to be at the barn and share a smile about this gorgeous day with these pretty ponies.   3. Lovely photos, and yes the cooler weather is absolutely lovely! We’re having a three digit peak this weekend, but after that we’re supposed to have slightly cooler weather. Enjoy the season my friend ❤ Thank you for the smile!

      2. I’ll look for your post about the horse as I may have missed it and yes, I truly believe they get lonely. I’ve read from some really good horse trainers that to have a horse all by itself is kin to putting a human in solitary confinement. Isn’t that so sad, they yearn and need each other and are VERY social animals. It’s sad so many humans do not realize this and so there are hundreds of very lonely, sad, depressed horses in this world. ☚ī¸ I pray for them. 🙏â™Ĩī¸đŸ´

  5. Zack’s goofy and Chloe is regal I called it, bet would totally slay at doing that dressage stuff I think do people still do that or did we decide its cruelty to horses it seemed rather demanding like ballet for horses.

    1. Hahaha! That’s exactly what they are like, and she would slay that dressage (it is demanding and like ballet for horses!) but unfortunately has an old injury to her back leg so no dressage for her any more. AND yes, no one will stop dressage even those silly cruelty to animals people. Horses are too big and powerful if they didn’t want to perform, er learn and be a partner with all that they do with us humans! It’s a symbiotic union of the most wonderful kind when you can communicate with the horse as to what you’d like them to do. It’s super fascinating to me, as we really need each other and we would not be were we are in today’s world without the horse!! Regal, kind, majestic, ahhh – I could go on and on about them. Lol 😀 those protestors are crazy! â™Ĩī¸đŸ´đŸŽâ™Ĩī¸ Thanks B for your WONDERFUL comments!!
